Foundation:
Concrete: Oakwood Construction - I was honestly not impressed with the quality of the final basement
expansion, nor the installation of the 3 emergency exit windows they installed.
They were terrible at returning phone calls, and failed to finish several parts
of the job until notice was given that legal action was imminent.
I honestly would not recommend their services and place their truck door here
to ensure others DO NOT HIRE THEM!.
Excavators - Blake-Schaefer - I was very satisfied with their work. They were prompt, answered all my questions and were obviously very experienced at their work. From demolition, excavating the basement expansion, removing the old septic tank as well as installation of the new tank, all went according to plan without any issues requiring my input or corrective actions.

Steel beam: Knoll steel did a good job. they arrive on time and corrected any issues that arose on site without a problem.
